Hubert Jasinski began his career in 1977 as an in-house technician after discovering an early passion for building and problem-solving—an interest encouraged by his mother, a dental technician in England.

He later founded Newtech, growing it from a basement operation into a full-service dental laboratory incorporated in 1981. Through a commitment to innovation and quality, Hubert expanded services, adopted advanced technology, and established a state-of-the-art facility in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.

Today, Newtech employs more than 70 team members and continues to reflect Hubert’s vision of combining craftsmanship, technology, and collaboration to deliver consistent, high-quality restorations.

Director of Clinical Relations / General Manager
Specializing in Dental Implants & Implant Coordination

Tommy began his career in 2000 and has built a strong reputation in implant dentistry through his advanced clinical knowledge and hands-on experience.

Since earning his Certification in Dental Technology in 2009, he has focused extensively on implant procedures, including guided surgery and full-arch immediate conversions. His approach combines proven techniques with modern digital workflows to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes.

Known for simplifying complex implant cases, Tommy is a valuable resource for both clinicians and his team. He also shares his expertise as a lecturer, helping dental professionals across the country advance their understanding of implant technology.

Manager, Removable Department
Board-Certified Dental Technician

Ernie brings over 40 years of experience in removable dentistry, along with a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and leadership.

He began his career in the U.S. Air Force (1976–1981), where he trained as a dental technician. He later earned a master’s degree in Dental Reconstruction from Donau University in Vienna and achieved board certification in complete dentures in 2018.

Throughout his career, Ernie has served as a technician, lab owner, consultant, educator, and lecturer. His depth of experience and commitment to excellence make him uniquely qualified to lead the Removable Department.

Known for his mentorship and dedication to advancing the field, Ernie continues to support both his team and the broader dental community.

Manager, DCA (Boutique Division)

Dusty is a Navy-trained dental technician (2000–2004) with over 25 years of experience in dental technology. During his service, he earned both his CDT and MDT, establishing a strong foundation in advanced restorative techniques. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University.

Throughout his career, Dusty has served as a manager, master ceramist, lecturer, and technician trainer, mentoring numerous technicians and contributing to the advancement of dental artistry and technology.

Known for combining scientific precision with artistic skill, he brings a refined eye for detail and a deep understanding of dental anatomy, morphology, and esthetics. His background in sculpting and painting continues to influence his approach to high-end ceramic restorations and patient-centered outcomes.

At Newtech, Dusty leads the DCA division with a focus on quality, innovation, and delivering exceptional results.

Manager, Crown & Bridge Department

With over 40 years of experience in the dental laboratory field, Matt Kress brings deep expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to quality in his role as Manager of the Crown & Bridge Department.

Matt began his career as a delivery driver and worked his way through nearly every area of the lab, developing a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of the entire process. 

Today, he combines that experience with specialized training in laser welding, metal fabrication, and finishing to lead his department with precision and consistency.

His career reflects a dedication to craftsmanship, continuous growth, and a genuine passion for the dental laboratory profession.

Co-Team Lead, Ceramic Department

With over 40 years of experience, Pete is a highly accomplished ceramist known for his craftsmanship, artistic vision, and dedication to mentorship.

He began his career in 1980 as an apprentice in Ocean City, New Jersey, building a strong foundation in dental ceramics. He earned his CDT designation in 1987 and went on to expand his expertise through advanced training with leading dental material manufacturers. Pete has also shared his knowledge as a facilitator and educator, helping to develop the next generation of technicians.

Since joining Newtech in 2007, Pete has played a key role in leading the Ceramic Department, combining hands-on excellence with thoughtful leadership. He is recognized for guiding his team with clarity while maintaining the highest standards of esthetics and technical precision.

Co-Team Lead, Ceramic Department

With over 50 years of experience, Jeff is a master ceramist known for his artistry, precision, and esthetic excellence.

He began his career in the 1970s after formal training in New Jersey and quickly advanced to managing ceramic departments across multiple laboratories in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He later owned and operated his own laboratory for 25 years, combining technical craftsmanship with strong leadership.

Jeff earned his CDT designation and continued to refine his expertise through advanced Oral Design training. He has also contributed to the profession as a PTC instructor, helping educate and mentor the next generation of dental technicians.

At Newtech, Jeff brings decades of hands-on experience and leadership to the Ceramic Department, maintaining the highest standards of esthetics, precision, and quality in every case.

Customer Service Team Lead

Bhumi joined Newtech Dental Laboratories in 2022 as a Customer Service Representative and quickly advanced to her current role as Team Lead. She holds a bachelor’s degree in medical billing,  along with certifications in medical billing and coding, and CPR training. 

With a background in medical studies and experience in manufacturing quality control, Bhumi brings a strong foundation in both healthcare and operations. She applies this knowledge to support clients and lead her team with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Known for her organization and commitment to service, Bhumi plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for Newtech’s clients.

Clinical Liaison

Mike serves as Clinical Liaison at Newtech Dental Laboratories, where he oversees technical communication and coordinates scheduling for the Hybrid Department.

He entered the dental laboratory field in 2018 and quickly built a reputation for strong technical knowledge and problem-solving. Prior to this, Mike gained valuable experience in precision machining and assembly, developing a high level of accuracy and attention to detail that translates directly to his work in dental technology.

Since joining Newtech, Mike has held multiple roles—including Technician, Customer Service Representative, Technical Communication Specialist, and Trainer—giving him a well-rounded understanding of both clinical and client-facing operations.

In his current role, Mike focuses on improving communication, supporting complex cases, and helping deliver reliable, long-lasting restorative solutions.

Controller

Michele brings over 40 years of experience in accounting and finance to her role as Controller at Newtech Dental Laboratories. She oversees financial reporting, provides in-depth analytics, and manages the accounting team, while also leading payroll, human resources, and key administrative functions.

Prior to joining Newtech, Michele held senior finance and leadership roles at DFC Global Corp., AmeriGas Propane, and The Pearl S. Buck Foundation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Shippensburg University and completed the Accelerated Leadership Development Program (ALDP).

Michele plays a critical role in supporting the operational and financial strength of Newtech, ensuring the organization runs efficiently and effectively.

Director of Operations

Mike leads operational strategy at Newtech Dental Laboratories, overseeing the integration of advanced technologies and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and quality.

Since joining Newtech in 2015, he has played a key role in transforming the lab’s capabilities through the implementation of CAD/CAM systems, 3D printing, and digital manufacturing workflows. His leadership has helped move new technologies from development into full-scale production, positioning Newtech as a leader in technology-driven dental solutions.

Mike began his career in dental technology in 2006, supporting dental practices in their transition to digital systems, including practice management software, digital imaging, CT scanners, and intraoral scanning. This foundation gives him a unique ability to bridge clinical needs with operational innovation.

Shipping and Logistics Team Lead 

Melanie joined Newtech Dental Laboratories in 2018 as a shipping clerk and quickly advanced to lead the Shipping & Logistics Department.

She oversees a team responsible for coordinating drivers, managing incoming and outgoing cases, and maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and care. Known for her strong organizational skills, Melanie has implemented systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and timely processing across the department.

With over a decade of prior experience in retail, she brings a detail-oriented approach and a strong work ethic to her role. Her leadership style emphasizes communication, teamwork, and consistency, helping ensure smooth daily operations and reliable service for clients.
